Extract from: Staff Induction Video
We were commissioned by Three Rivers Housing Association to produce a Staff Communications DVD. The challenge was to translate the current staff handbook into a visually engaging video whilst covering important topics such as Health and Safety and zero tolerance on smoking in the workplace. The aim was to engage both new starters and existing staff to demonstrate what it is like to work at Three Rivers.
By getting staff to participate in the production the outcome meant that people could relate more easily to the content and it also contributed to team building and the 'working as one' ethos of the company.
The requirement was for a DVD to hand out alongside their new starter packs and and a flash version for use on the company intranet.
We have subsequently been re-commissioned to produce an appraisal video and a new video about their supported housing scheme is in the pipeline.
